Features:
-Fullscreen support added
-Fixed display of rare technologies

Known Issues:
-Localisation only exists for the technologies, not the menu
-Some users (so far apparently just me) have an issue that the mouse button will fire repeatedly, if you have this issue please contact me with your specs since I can't track the bug down..
